How to proceed
- Contact the helpline through Live chat or Email to confirm your postal application booking
- Follow the agent’s instructions to complete payment
- Retain your payment confirmation and include it when sending your documents
Special Delivery Envelope (Mandatory – Postal Applications Only)
Applicants must include one (1) Special Delivery envelope per application for the return of their passport, as advised by the Embassy.
The envelope must be PAID UP TO 500g, addressed to the applicant with clear, bold handwriting, and applicants must retain the tracking number.
Failure to include a valid Special Delivery envelope may result in delays in the return of passports.
